The Minister of Economy, Knowledge, Business and University, Rogelio Velasco, expressed on Monday the determination of the Junta de Andalucía to "promote those master's degrees that really succeed in terms of students or employability after" its completion, "in the real world".

This has been indicated in an attention to the media to attend the opening of the Summer Courses of the International University of Andalusia (UNIA) at the headquarters of the institution in Santa Maria de La Rábida, in Palos de la Frontera (Huelva) .

Similarly, the Andalusian head of Universities has reiterated that, on the part of the Board, "no degree will be abolished", although "there will be some cases in which it is advisable that a degree, especially the last years of realization, are taught by more than one university, as in fact already happens with the universities of Granada or Cordoba, which have agreements with universities to teach degrees together, "he recalled.
